Where are you based?
We are based in Weston-super-Mare, near Bristol.
Can I drive myself?
Unfortunately, due to lack of demand, this option is no longer available. During our first two years, general feedback was that couples wanted a very special car for the Groom (and Best Man) to arrive in, but wanted none of the disadvantages associated to driving yourself. Including:
- Not being able to enjoy a (calming!) drink during the day.
- To compensate for our increased insurance costs, we would have to charge £1,000-£1,500 per day for the Ferrari and £1,500-£2,000 for the Lamborghini.
- You would have to get accustomed and comfortable with driving possibly one of the most powerful cars you have ever driven on one of your most nerve-racking days of you life(!)
- As security, we would also have to apply a £5,000 insurance excess, with any repair costs to damage caused to be deducted from this.
With us behind the wheel of our cars, you just need to concentrate on enjoying the unforgettable experience.
What about my Best Man?
As these Supercars only have two seats, the ideal package would be to have two cars. One for the Groom, one for the Best Man! Alternatively, we can conduct multiple trips. Firstly, driving the Best Man (and/or any other part of the wedding party) to the wedding venue, and returning for the Groom.
Our wedding and reception are at different places. How are we both (Bride & Groom) going to get there after we’re married?
Predominantly, this service is designed to compliment traditional (vintage/prestige) Bridal Cars, not work in competition to them. After the wedding, the Bride and Groom will travel in luxury to the reception, and we will follow with passengers of your Best Man, the Father of the Bride or any other passenger of your choice.
Alternatively, if you want to be truly different, hop in a car each!
Can this be a surprise for my fiancée?
Of course, we positively encourage it! Imagine the look on your fiancée’s face when we knock on the door and tell him we’re his personal driver for the day…
How long do you stay for on our day?
The average length of our service is two hours. We normally arrive two hours before the wedding, leaving some time after the ceremony during the taking of the wedding photos. Please speak to us if you have any other requirements.
How do I confirm my booking and what happens from there?
A 20% deposit is required when you book your day. This guarantees your choice of car(s), for your day. This also protects you against any future price increases. Once you have made your booking, we encourage you to reduce the burden of the costs by making regular (monthly) part payments. Upon receiving each payment, we send you a revised invoice showing your new outstanding balance.
Why Ferrari, Lamborghini & TVR?
In our opinion, these marques represent three of the most exciting and aspirational cars currently available. The criteria includes the ability to make grown ups and children alike stop, stare, smile and wave!
What other cars do you have or are you getting?
The cars currently on offer have been dictated by the feedback that we have received over the years. The next car under consideration for acquisition is an Aston Martin DB9 (£110,000) or Vanquish (174,000). Ultimately, we hope to be able to offer a range of the World’s new generation “Hypercars”, including the 650bhp Ferrari Enzo (£450,000), 550bhp Ford GT (£125,000), 806bhp Koenigsegg CCR (£407,000), 555bhp Pagani Zonda Roadster (£330,000), 604bhp Porsche Carrera GT (£323,000) and the 626bhp Mercedes SLR Maclaren (£313,465).
We will however, only ever be successful if couples enjoy our services. So if there are other cars that you would like to see in our fleet, please contact us with your suggestion.
What will you wear on the day?
As we pride ourselves on being a different company for people wanting a vibrant and new service, we do not dress in traditional chauffeur dress. We will however, come dressed appropriately for the occasion in suits to maintain our highest standards.
Will the cars steal the limelight?
Not at all. The bride will still rightly be the star of the day. By having our drivers present, we sensitively manoeuvre the cars throughout the day to ensure that all eyes remain in the bride.
What if it rains on the day?
Regardless of the weather, we will guarantee that we will be there to transport you in style. However, in the event of rain, or other weather conditions that compromise road safety, we will not conduct Performance Demonstrations with your guests. Your safety is of paramount priority.
The cars of course, will always be available for closer inspection and to pose with for photographs.
You are based in Weston-super-Mare, how far do you travel?
Although we specialise in the South West (predominantly Bristol and the surrounding area), we are prepared to travel anywhere in the country. Please note though that there is an excess mileage charge of £1 per mile over 100 miles travelled throughout your day. Meaning that the further we travel from Weston-super-Mare, the more it will cost.
